Featherwood is managed by Trustees elected by the members of the Body Corporate, who meet regularly. Approved minutes are published on the resident portal. Residents are encouraged to participate in the annual general meeting, special general meetings and information meetings.
Trustee meetings are scheduled regularly and residents are welcome to attend as observers. Meeting dates are published on the events calendar. Approved minutes are available on the portal.
Maintenance requests can be submitted through the estate manager during business hours, or via the contact form on our website. Urgent matters should be reported directly to the estate manager on the emergency contact number.
