All estate documents, forms, and notices are organised in the Document Library for easy access. To access these documents requires resident login — follow the procedure under “Getting started with the resident document portal” below. If you need assistance, contact the estate manager.

Contact the website editor to receive your login credentials for the resident portal. You will need your unit number and email address.
Open the Document Library and click any document you need. If it requires access, a login box appears — simply enter your details to view it.
Browse the library by folder to find what you need, then use the View or Download buttons on each document.
New documents and notices are uploaded regularly — visit the Document Library often to stay informed.
